When youre here at Dubai Mall dont go there! The only thing why i rate this place 2 stars is because of the amount of food you get. You get very much food for not much money, but it doesnt taste good. Avoid it! Better spend a bit more at other locations, youll be more happy trust me.

all are lazy people in here. they don't care about your time, because they know how to waste your time, they can't even think that this customer will never come back to your store after having your poor service. i just don't want to say anything now.

I had the worst and disgusting experience with them last friday 16-Sept 2022 when I ordered Chicken lauriat take away through talabat at lunchbreak. I received it in a plastic bag sealed from the delivery guy. But when I started my meal what I thought of a black spice was a cockcroach mixed in the rice. The worst part is I already ate half of it when I found it and I might have eaten half of the roach as its body was cut in half already. Disgusted that I lost the appetite throughout the day , the feeling of vomiting is always there and traumatized when I eat somehing I might find something in the food. That same time i whatsapp the store and amazingly all they can say is to refund the food cost, wow so much for a customer service in a reputable mall. Dismayed I filed my case with DM food safety and yet to receive feedback on how they take action on it. Hence, I appealled to the mall management and the public that this case must be taken seriously. This should not be happening at all to any one may it be to Uae nationals or to expats. I have photo as proof for your reference.

Ordered the food on Noon and the order went to Dubai Mall branch. Delivery guy was on time there just waiting for the order to prepare. They took 1 hour just to prepare the food! I placed the order at 11:00pm and the order was ready for the deliver gentleman to prepare only by 12:10 AM!!! Ridiculous! I am a constant Chow King customer! Will not order again! this is ridiculous!

Ordered for 12 person tonight , 04 January 2023. Lomi noodle soup tasted like water. Seems like they never do quality control even if its a fastfood.

Very bad experience, the chicken wasn't fresh and it was freezing cold on the inside, I sent it back and they gave me a new one that is slightly hotter on the outside, cold inside, I could smell the old chicken, I wanted to tell the manager about the issue and he said I'm the first one to ever complain and that it's just a matter of taste and maybe I don't like this type of food, so I guess it's my fault. Either ways, never eating there again

Very bad call center, I called on the number and wanted to place order in dubai mall branch, however i asked her if she knows the phone number in dubai mall branch and said she doesn't know it.Working in the same company and she is in call center but she doesn't know the number from other branches, means she is not really qualified to help clients and assist.Very bad experience and service so I didn't place order
