Amazing supermarket with loads of great products and amazingly speedy delivery! The staff are really helpful and super nice! I would recommend this store to everyone!

I don't recommend, they dont deliver home or accept card payment only with 10 dirham or more, i spend years in Dubai where i was buy a bottle of water of 2 dirham deliverd home with credit card. That stupid policy make them lose clients. One star is more then they deserve

The worst service ever. Took 3 hours to deliver through instashop. The lady at the shop keeps on saying sorry, product will deliver in 30 minutes. Extremely frustrating. And by the way this is all after they charge your account. Keep the amazing customer service up!

The worst service ever. Took 3 hours to deliver even on direct call .The behavior on call is very rude and product will deliver after 3 hours.

Book a movie ticket , while going to watch movie call Jam-e-jaam for delivery. When you will come back from movie you will have order ready. ????

I would give BIG ZERO star for this supermarket, I had an incident when I placed order at 2:17AM through Instashop as I need water cause I will be fasting and don’t have any water. At 2:47AM they called me from the supermarket claiming that they’ve knocked the door but no one opened the door.. I called the security to check if the delivery guy came but he told me that NO ONE CAME!!!!!
Now I don’t know from where I can get water but I promise this is the last time to order from them.

I encourage everyone to do the same

The service is very bad. Every-time i order I receive my order late and they always bring wrong or missing items. Im really not exaggerating but this has happened over 20 times. It’s probably my fault for giving them too many chances to fix this issue.

I never had seen this type of pathetic delievery service it took 2 hrs to deliever items and the behavior of staff is very bad no more shoping from Jame jam
