I have already stopped paying attention to the fact that most of the goods on the sales floor have no price tags, which in itself is strange. The customer wants to know the price of the item BEFORE they go to the cashier!
But today an absolutely egregious thing happened. This store also works for delivery to those customers who order online or over the phone.
One cashier was busy serving the delivery person, the second cashier had "Next Consumer" written on the register, and I went over there. But the cashier, after looking at me and continuing to count money, nodded his head and pointed me to the first cashier! There were no words like "Excuse me, go to another cashier" or other friendly phrases. There was only a pointing of the head!
I immediately had a lot of questions:
Why is only one of the three cashier places working?
Why does the cashier count the money not in a separate room, but standing behind the cash register?
Why were there four store employees standing next to the cashiers and not dealing with customers?
Why is the cashier being rude to the customers? The cashier can point with his head, hand or other part of his body to his colleagues, friends or relatives! You have to talk to customers.
Store employees work for customers. The customers don't come for the store employees. The difference between us is that we bring money to spend on the purchase of goods. And the store makes money from us, the customers.
If the store managers do not know how to organize their work, do not understand elementary things about marketing and management, if the concept of "customer orientation" is foreign to them, then they should resign rather than work to the detriment of the company.
I didn't wait for one cashier to count the money and another to let the delivery guy go. I value my time and I don't want to spend my money where they don't value me.
I bought everything I needed at a nearby store.

Orders by call or whatsapp take after 2 hours or no response at all, No professionalism. So sad!
