Royal chicken thanks for all your meal.
It was amazing and the best ever.
When i was eat in your restaurant that give me a good remember about my home (Syria) and that is the best tradition Syrian food in this area.

You need to really taste yourself rather than been sarcastic. As customer it was my feedback and surely won’t be ordering in future. All the best for your fish smelling chicken shawarma.

Royal Chicken Dubai LLC was one the best restaurant i have been to in Dubai especially the shawarma,chicken charcoal was very good and delicious. To top it all i had some chocolate milk shake and it was very good too.I will advise everyone in Dubai to go and have a feel over there they are the best.

We visited at night around 11 pm and ordered a mixed grill meal and large shawarma. Unfortunately, most of the items were not available maybe as it was late and what we got was 3 small skewers in the mixed grill. One skewer each of shish tawook, beef Tikka and a meat kebab. It costs AED 45 and is served with a piece of Arabic bread, arayes, hummus and garlic sauce.

We were expecting grilled tender meat however what was served unfortunately was tough microwaved pieces of meat which is completely unacceptable at the price that they charge. Comparatively the shawarma was better however there was nothing large about the large shawarma, there was barely any meat in it and again for AED 16 it was overpriced. You can easily get better shawarma for less than half this price.

Inspite of the disappointing food quality, the service and staff are very helpful and they also do screen football matches and the ambiance is great as well. However lastly what left a bad taste for me personally was when I saw the bill and noticed there is an additional charge of AED 2. After settling the bill when asked what that was against I was told it is charged for ketchup! ????

If the management takes notice, I would suggest you focus on improving product quality rather than profit margins as I am sure I will not be alone in saying that I am not going back to your establishment in the near future. You may be making a profit today however cheap tactics like charging for a sachet of ketchup is not sustainable and unless you provide value for the money, people will not come back next time.

Before i had good shawarma from this shop. Now when i ordered two they bring 2 burned bad smell shawarma and i called him and told. He said he can replace then he send 2 shawarma with 2 guys and i have shown him. He said burnt shawarma because of fire fire shawarma (as he doesn’t speak english) and telling me he don’t want money for old shawarma ( but i already paid him) but he want money for new shawarma ( then how its replacement) ..: i am attaching photo as well.

Enjoyed the food & staff were very nice, it was my first time here. I live very local and will come again. Price is right food is tasty and its local. 4 stars from me ????????
