They have the worst customer service ever!!! Especially the African guy who is in the night shift as a security guard!! I went there with my friends and while shopping I started drinking laban.. which I usually do while shopping and then I get it added in the bill.. the guy came to one of my friends and told him to stop me from drinking as its not allowed.. and my friend told him calmly that he is not the one drinking so he (security guard) should better tell it to me directly or to the manager... which is logical.. but he got so rude saying don't give me this attitude n all.. so I heard it and asked about the problem.. listening to the whole thing I told him that I will make sure not to do it again.. I didn't know about the store policy.. apologised and left to continue shopping with my friends... but he again came to us and standing at the end of an isle shouted looking at my friend... "IF YOU GIVE ME ATTITUDE, I CAN GIVE YOU MORE!!!"
I mean seriously... ??? The whole conversation was ended already and I had apologise too... than what was this all about??? This is the way you people treat your customers??? Look at his audacity to threaten the customers in front of everyone... I am a frequent customer to this supermarket as I live quite nearby but really disappointed with the management and their behaviour... worst customer service ever...

Sometimes they offer very discounted prices better than any Madina super market.

The staff is very friendly and services are good and they're manager is accommodating

Staffs are very friendly and has a nice environment. The manager are really accommodating and kind.

The staff is not good at all.. they are always rude and reluctant to help... if you are so frustrated from this job.. its better to change rather than ruining the brand's reputation... no professionalism at all...
