Horrible customer service they don’t know how to deal with guests, I arrived at 3 am and hostel guest helped me to find a bed but the cleaner or receptionist her name is Ana she is extremely rude not polite her English is weird nothing professional I was tired but I emptied the bed on time and asked if I can sit in living room prepare luggage but she was annoying u need to leave the worst hostel ever don’t recommend at all. Manage ur staff guys if u want ur business to glow up

Stayed here only for two nights. If you are on a tight budget, I think this is the best place to go to. The rooms were taken care daily and the beds were good. One discomfort was climbing up the third flood buncker bed, so make sure you can get first or second floor if possible.

I highly recmmand this place it is amazing. clean and has great vibes. The host Houssam is a very nice person. And thank you Magie for the warm welcome to Dubai.

Отличное место для человека, путешествующего одному или с друзьями. Хостел по-арабски! Это превосходный пентхаус на 39 этаже с роскошным видом, рядом пляж, яхты, набережная. Транспортная доступность супер: трамвай, метро, автобус, водный транспорт. Замечательный отдых!

Beautiful place to walk around and enjoy a nice peaceful time the views from the castle are breath taken…. The lake is beautiful… only I went on a day that was raining…. I advise to visit this place on a dry day… you might need to drive to this attraction.
