UPDATE

Finally, after 6 months i recieved the call from them and said we cannot do anything not even launch a complaint because its almost 6 months.

Very Nice service and customer dealing. I am impressed.

Went for car service. Quick review or complaint

1. No value for customer time.
Waited more than 2 hr there. Drop car at 9 am Even time given to pickup the car is 12:30 and i reached at 3:30. Its normal service outside 1 or max 2 hrs.

2. No respect for customer.
After all this waiting finally my car arrived. Advisor called me. I am sitting in front of him and he is busy with other things.

3. No proper response.
Before reaching i called many times (3-4) to nissan service center which is busy and advisor also which is also busy and disconnecting my calls. Even he picked up take my plate number and told me will tell you and didn't called me.

4. Cleaning / Service
I am not very technical so not able to judge mechanical / oil change etc. But there is a cleaning service also included. I am not saying anything. You can check pictures and judge by yourself.

I have been using their service

But later understood that their charges are almost as 3-4 times expensive than the market charges
It is so expensive in labour charges plus spares are also very expensive (3-4 times) compared to the same service provider outside.

Its really a kind of looting.

Very bad cleaning if i go out in petrol pump or other place they clean better, nissan aweer branch is way better, deira no internal cleaning no engine cleaning , also they ur money to check the car & they say this is service normal is arround 400 oil & filter they took 900 and said we checked ur car!! If i check my body total checkup i dont pay this amount in hospital & i pay it for steel car!! Last time time to trust nissan

Recently opened after renovations to add a complete new top floor as a lounge area for waiting customers where they can watch their cars through glass windows while working is in progress, free WiFi , free hot drinks and water , dedicated desks for any one who would like to work from there , elevator to ease the access to the top floor. Thanks to Mr Ahmed Younes the reception manager for his hospitality and welcome. With this new service Centre, car service went beyond the usual

We purchased a new nissan X- Terra. Before 10,000km itself, the camera started having problems. When we gave for the first service in Deira, we informed the same, and after the service, they said its done. Immediately after that, it started having problems. For the next service, we mentioned the same. The staff informed me that there is an issue and that we will change the camera once we receive the parts. They called us after receiving the parts and told them they would change the same. After giving them the car, they said there is some wire missing, and we already fixed it, so there no need to change the full set now. After taking the car, the camera stopped working. I called them multiple times, but there no response. I have never seen such pathetic service. This is a new car, and this is how they treat you. Their service is horrible, and they don't even clean the car when you give for servicing. I have had different cars before, and their service was outstanding. Never expected Nissan to have such bad service. I'm really disappointed.

I will never ever come back to this place again. I get a very bad experience three times from the same person. Never again. The quality and level of service you receive will depend on so many factors ….very bad approach very bad mindset. No one bothers to call you and update you. My car was kept with then for two days without any updates.I call their customer service center several times but the only answer I get is “the service advisor will call you shortly “ which he never does.

The service is was fine. I asked for the invoice, and the person incharge said that I will get it via text( as a link) but never received it. I wanted to replace my car washer fluid tank, the guy said that he would share the quotation in a couple of days but never got back to me; even after following up
