Not the best experience, car had issues not addressed even tho I pointed it twice, every service and it wasn’t inspected because they said car was handed over to them with no fuel

I had to call and confirm that they can add fuel which they later on charged me for and they just added 30 dhs …

Plus the prices for service is really high for a Japanese car

They need to readdress many points

Michelle, Omar, Hussein and all of the team give a fast and efficient service. My bookings usually get allocated within 24 hours. And my questions always answered informatively.
The car is protected with plastic. And the service and accessories fitment always to a high standard.
Pleasure to deal with all of the staff in the service centre. And the parts centre too for that matter…

Useless having a telephone in the service centre. They just hang-up on you without answering your call. You can't even follow up if the car is ready for collection or incse you need to inform them about something.
Ridiculous!

The in-house service centre team is amazing be it the service advisor or the manager , very friendly since the time I have bought my Jimny but the call centre last was rude and unpolite to me , she did not live up to her commitments instead of apologizing she was very rude . I don’t expect a brand like Suzuki to treat their customers in such a bad way . Her name is chona who was with me over the telephonic conversation

After the service and repair, car has an issue that they don't know how to solve it . Try to contact service advisor but no responding. They don't care after service of customer and poor service what I have seen

Suzuki service center is the best service center and the employees are professional and the employe Hussain is one of the most generous and cooperative employe I have been servicing my car all the time with him I’m so relaxed and happy when I deal with him and he always give me the best opportunity thank you Suzki and thank you Hussain

Recently (Nov 2017) under new management. Great little local shop, and handy for popping round to for the essentials. Well stocked, and so far has had everything I’ve wanted!
