Amazing spa Beautiful experience. The person at the reception is so helpful and gentle she is really experienced and the way she explained me about the membersship schemes is really good. Very nice spa experience

If I could give negative stars I would.
The most UNPROFESSIONAL staff and management ever. They give both the Sheraton and Niyama Spa a bad name.
The 'manager' spoke incredibly rudely to me over the phone, arguing with me over the T&Cs which are clearly stated and saying things like "oh my god" in a condescending tone. Shocked to believe that somebody who holds a management position has no clue how to speak to and explain things to customers in a calm and professional manner.
When I asked to me put through to another professional, she refused and told me to "call them myself". Horrified that these are associated with the Sheraton name.

Place and thepeople are truely Amazing....????????loved thé massage i bookés for 60min spa treatment with Sara deep tissue with Amazing procès and even enroll for packagés for furthur treatment....very professionnel staff includong réception,manager and thé whole team
