Very rude and incompetant. Firstly called 4 times over the course of 3 hours and the phone was engaged. That's not an issue. They must be busy which is always a good sign. Then I get a phonecall from someone from the company a few hours later. He starts by speaking in a very ubrupt manner asking as to why I've called. So I ask what is the name of the business as I had rung several companies looking to get a quote on some work on my Range Rover Sport. At that point I get abuse hurled at me. Swearing and shouting just for asking a simple question. I calmly ask why they are swearing and shouting to then get more abuse. He then hangs up on me. I call back to ask why he put the phone down and why is he shouting. He then says he's busy and doesn't have time to speak on the phone. I don't even know how good they are as a company but for me customer service is just as important as the actual job. This company really needs to brush up on their communication skills as if not they will lose alot of business. They've certainly lost mine. I went with another company called LandMax who were very professional and courteous. Gave me a reasonable price for the job I needed doing and a quick turnaround. I have booked to go see them in 2 days. I suggest if you want to be spoken to like a human don't bother with No1 Range Rover. There certainly not No1.

Replaced the engine mounting as claimed by the garage owner it’s original & it last only 5 months/ 20k Kms only & got damaged & had to replaced it somewhere else.
