This place has such a unique atmosphere and experience, it's very pleasant.
The welcome drink is great and everyone is very professional. I even appreciated the relaxation bell that was introduced to us.
The set menu is part of the whole experience I guess.. but that still doesn't justify the price vs simplicity of the food and dessert.
I enjoyed a lot of the concepts in my visit but was left unsatisfied with the ROI.

Exquisite lounge cafe in the lobby of the luxurious Mandarin Hotel in Jumeira beach! Deserts are exquisitely prepared for selective clientele, offering unique culinary desert experiences. The chocolate caramel cake is a must try. Carrot cake is freshly refreshing!
Service is top notch as it is expected from a hotel of high standards like Mandarin. The location is fantastic, next to the popular Jumeirah beach.

One of my best lobbies in Dubai , I prefer setting alone and Have my coffee . I really like the Atmosphere there ,

The date budding is the best , u must try it .

The staff are kindly and they are helpful as well .

I ordered Cloud pink, creme prule which took more than 23 minutes! This is not a Mandarin standard and i have been to many MO’s hotels around the world. The waitress who took my order just disappeared ( I guess her shift ended ), after complaining to the lounge manager, my simple orders arrived, the cocktail was warm, the creme prule was over burnt and warm( should be coming from the fridge but it was obviously a room temperature). i delivered my feedback to the lounge manager and he didn’t even bother to apologie or offer anything. I will never come again to this lounge

A very beautiful place to enjoy a coffee with friends and family. They have a lovely menu with wonderful items.
We tried the Rose latte which was not only pink in colour and Instagram perfect but also very tasty.
I highly recommend the avacafo on toast for a light lunch, utterly delicious!
Try the amazing mocktails, I tried one which had pineapple and it was super nice.
The service was very good and I was so pleased that they noticed the delay with my drink and got me a box of chocolates.
Very sweet gesture and highly appreciated.
After all the level of service makes all the difference between an average experience and a great one.!

Miss Irene, 10/10. What a open and approachable person, with a lovely attitude. Professional, yet down to earth and very knowledgeable. About the food, the sunset, conversations in general. She brought our Afternoon Tea to a higher level. Her colleague with short locks, I forgot his name, made the most memorable pictures for us. He kept snapping pictures, also while we were preparing (adjusting our clothes, flipping our hairs, etc.) All combined, it was a enjoyable experience, with delicious sandwiches, pastries and secret scones. I forgot to ask about the rose jam. That one was just delicious. Wish I remembered to take some home with me.

The atmosphere was amazing with beautiful view. We had breakfast and we tried egg benedict and morning bowl. Both of the meals were delicious ????.
We had cappuccino and it tasted good we liked the coffee art on the cappuccino.

It was a perfect experience! You have to try if you are in Dubai.

Afternoon tea was served in the beautiful lobby with a view of the pool. The service was excellent, can not say enough about the staff, the tea ceremony was done with grace accompanied by a delicious cold tea and food was presented in the most beautiful way. My only and most important issue is that the scones were not good at all. For me, Scones make the afternoon tea, and theirs did not. The small finger sandwiches, although beautifully presented, were not that great (except the salmon which was so yummy). I think they tried to do things so different that it made them not so amazing. There is something to be said about the simplicity of flavors in the Afternoon Tea. However, all that said, the price was great!!!!!! And the teas, they were excellent and prepared fresh and brought to us as much as we wanted. This is a fun place to go with girlfriends to catch up, have tea and a few pieces of snack. Outside of that, I would recommend ordering from the main menu. Again, Service was outstanding, which gives them the stars.
