If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience in Dubai, look no further than this Portuguese restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental. From the moment you arrive, you'll be impressed by the restaurant's elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere.

The food is the real star of the show here. Whether you're in the mood for seafood, meat, or vegetarian options, there's something for everyone here. The desserts are just superb.

If you're lucky enough to get a pool view table, you'll be treated to stunning views of the surrounding area while you dine. This makes it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to feel right at home.

One of the highlights of our experience was our waiter Marco. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that our every need was met throughout our meal. He also made some excellent recommendations.

Overall, we had an amazing time at Tasca. If you're looking for a high-end dining experience in Dubai, this is definitely a restaurant that should be on your list!

Food, very fresh and tasty. Starter we had the clam which is so fresh and tasty. The main we took grilled octopus and wagyu which are also recommended.
Vibe , nice city view plus sea view , chill music .
Service , very good , Marco did great job to serve the table. We celebrated the birthday here and have lovely memory.
Will definitely come back to try other cuisine , want to try their seafood risotto next time , and the different starters.

The food was all just amazing. Every dish has a balanced mix of flavors, like a party in the mouth.
The waiters are very friendly, and head chef Jose was personally taking care of all the tables.

Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.

I have to say Stefani has gone above and beyond our expectations and made us feel extremely valued as guests and have understood our needs and provided the most caring and excellent responsive service with a beautiful smile and amazing enthusiasm.. the food was delicious and mouth watering, the clarified new York sour cocktail is a must. the manager approached multiple time in a very professional manner to check on us which we really appreciated , we felt the true Dubai and mandarin hospitality!! Shout out to the super star of the restaurant Stefani ❤️ thank you for the amazing experience and we will definitely come back again soon!

Omg best octopus ???? I ever had! Very soft and juicy with amazing sauce
The rest was everything good too. Recommended for best Portuguese cuisine!

First of all, the Portuguese restaurant is located in the luxuriously beautiful mandarin oriental hotel. The lobby is fabulous with unique furniture and furnishings and u have to pass a hallway lined with fancy restaurants for an elevator to the restaurant.

The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. The Terrance provides a good view to the sea and also bar provides a wide selection of wine. The wine quality is quite nice compared to other wine choices in the most Michelin restaurants in dubai.

I do like the appetizers and starters more than main dish, especially the garlic shrimp. The clever use of herbs make the shrimps even more tasty than ever. I can go again just for this seemingly simple but delicate dish. Another starter that impressed me is crab meat with caviar. It is fresh and the portion is quite enough for two.

As for the main dish, the steak with truffle, raw egg, and gold flakes seem too much for me. The taste overall is good but a bit complicated. For good steak, It makes not too much difference if u eat it here or any other good restaurants in the world.

I don’t give many 5 stars but one dish in particular took it there. The jumbo prawn head with lime foam was absolutely one of the best things I’ve eaten. (FYI only if you’re a fan of tomalley from crustaceans and don’t have a seafood allergy). Otherwise, service, vibe, food were of great quality also.

Went to Tasca last night for dinner, found the ambiance and everything so amazing. Food and drink options were different too. Only complaint is that I felt food was a bit salted but may be Portuguese food is meant to be like that. Forgive my ignorance if its the case. Apart from that, pool view, staff and the whole vibe was immaculate.
