I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service and wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. The level of cleanliness and hygiene in the room was truly remarkable, and it made my stay extremely comfortable.
I was particularly impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of your staff. The lifeguards at the poolside went above and beyond to ensure the safety and enjoyment of both children and adults. Their attentiveness and dedication were truly commendable.
Moreover, I appreciate the overall cleanliness of the hotel premises. It was evident that great care is taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, which contributed to a peaceful and relaxing stay. I was delighted by the absence of any noise disturbances, allowing me to unwind and rejuvenate.

"Stayed at the Novotel in Dubai and had an outstanding experience. Blease at the front desk was incredibly friendly and professional, taking customer service to a whole new level. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. I would fully recommend this hotel for a delightful and hassle-free stay in Dubai. Blease and the team truly make it a 5/5 experience!"

It was a nice stay at this hotel. Every hotel staffs were so much cooperative. Special thanks to our floor's House Keeping staff Rajwinder. He is a very nice guy and gifted us a fresh room everyday.

Executive was excellent clean and nice creek side view. I met with Junkeer he is really nice and welcoming guy and Jamal is a helpful man from security. I saw pyae who is from reception. The lady managing the stuffs very well and very kind smart. Thank a lot to sumaya also. Hope to see u soon very very soon

The whole Novotel staffs are very friendly, very welcoming!! Starting from the receptionists to the bellboys( one of them actually remembered the fact that we were here a few years back and he welcomed us as we were his family, which is amazing), the swimming area life guards, the catereres at the breakfast time and especially I would like to recommend Mr. RAJWINDER DEEPAK who is a very friendly and a very good cleaner...very good in handling our requests and even my kids were really really appreciative of his kindness and his ability to cleanup the room so perfectly(room no. 311 stayed here from July 26, 2023 on and planning to stay here for about 9 days more ) ! We would like to thank him so so much!!
Please keep on encouraging and promoting stuffs like RAJWINDER as they are very reliable and a very good asset for a company and the hotel industry.

outstanding work ???? always great staff front deck welcoming staff with excellent support always Liam Rohith Jamal Adil ane all the team members helpful and friendly. I like to say big thanks for concierge junkerr Amr Sumaya Always nice polite ???? I like highly motivated staff Amazing hotel highly recommended.

Attended birthday party today in Tala. Staff was polite and courteous. Excellent service. Food was decent., Deserts not up to mark. Ambience was good.
