I’ve been to Dubai many times, and all I can say is the fact this hotel was the best place I have ever stayed. Friendly and super helpful staff, shout out to Aswani, one of the security staff team!! It was really safe, and everyone tried their best for us to enjoy our trip. I recommend enjoying the breakfast buffet since it has many options and such a great quality.
I will definitely come back to this place next time.

I booked this hotel online just because of its location, not expecting much of it, but it surprised me how beautiful the hotel was.. The staff specially helped to make my stay even more delightful.. the rooms were just a little smaller than I expected, but everything was great.. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for great value for money and an excellent location ????????

As requested, I was given a non-smoking room at the 4th floor Room 443. It was a spacious room with huge bed. The toilet is descent size. I enjoyed the outside view as it was facing a park with a lot of trees. They have excellent room service and the Nepali guy was very prompt in cleaning up my room (he was super polite and friendly too). I can't complain about the location as it's a walking distance to the Exit 4 of the Deira City Centre Metro Station. If you want to go to the mall as well, it's also a short walk but you have to go through the parking area which is fine with me as it's the center of the whole mall. As for food options around the area, there's a lot of restaurants nearby but if you want cheaper one, you can anytime grab something at the mall. There's also a 24-hours convenient store and pharmacy nearby. Breakfast is descent. I requested for a packed breakfast for my last day as I was flying out early morning. The team made sure that my packed breakfast was ready when I checked out.

There was an instance when in the middle of the night the room telephone rang loudly. I complained it to the reception and they just dismissed it as a mistake made by other hotel guests.

overall i have great experience in ibis this hotel is so neat and clean front office staff are so professional and cooperative well located near the metro station and deira city center and nice park behind the hotel security Ashwani arrange transportation for me and he store my luggage after checking out so helpful staff. i highly recommend this hotel

Its my 4th day at ibis and its been so great.
Housekeeping staff is so helpful and doing their job amazingly. Specially Farhat does my room and he's a amazing in his job.
I am on floor 7th!

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis. Especially the cleaning services are efficient and on time. My room cleaned everyday as long as I need the service. More over the service providers are polite and humble.
