Had a really great evening on the cruise in my friend’s graduation party! We booked the entire deck for us and the service was great. The cruise is very clean with big windows that allow for a way better view than other cruises. The entertainment shows were very engaging as well and made us all very hyper! The food was tasty too with a great service!

Worst service on timing, food and staff behavior. If you're choosing upper deck you won't get food. They won't provide food to the upper deck separately you have to come down to take food. If you ask the staff about the food shortage, they will treat you like their own staff and will shout at you. And they didn't maintain the mention time as well.

I had a worst experience ever the environment was dirty there was a electric breakdown on boat in this hot weather we spent about half an hour without AC moreover food was stale and tasteless sightseeing is also only Al Seef area not much.. upon complaining one person was very rudely behaving and said I can’t do anything… don’t waste your money … NOT RECOMMENDED ????????

Please, don't avail their services if you want a good experience. These people are liars and cheaters plus food quality and taste is worse.
I booked 2 hours of cruise and they finished in 1.5 hrs, they started the cruise half n hr late plus did not visit many locations which were promised at the time of booking.
I won't recommend them if you are looking for a good experience.

Pathetic Service! We booked the Dubai Creek Iftaar Cruise and the experience was just horrible.
- The boat was lacking maintenance and cleanliness.
- The quality of the food was below average (chicken biryani didn't have chicken, and chicken was also missing from the chicken curry).
- FOOD SHORTAGE OCCURED. We were sitting on the upper deck and by the time we reached the buffet (which was on the lower deck), many items like pasta, chicken curry, naan, samosa, chicken Tikka, dates and sweet dish were finished. We only got to eat biryani rice, salad, few pieces of kebab and cold drink.

Really horrible experience. Booked and paid in advance n even called the agent before leaving for the dhow cruise. Reached right on time at meeting point at 8.15 even. Since then we repeatedly called the tour guy and his agent and they kept saying they were coming to collect us, wait 5 mins. After 1 hour they announced boat is now overbooked and we need to wait further for next one. The agent even said we can shout as much as we want and that its not his problem. After all the e arguments finally agent calls apologising saying the boats departures were delayed n hence our trip was affected as well. They could have informed this as we wer waiting all this while. Writing this as we wait for next ride as we have no other choice but wait.

Very poor , not recommended.
Food is not as per menu, its semi buffet and food shortage is noted.
Non-veg items were served in very small quantity.
Cruise time only 1 hour and 15 mints maximum.
They did not even went to the sites mentioned in List, just floating around near the NBD building only.
