This company is engaging in fraudulent activities. They have consistently failed to provide adequate responses and follow-ups, and the promises made by their customer care team are never fulfilled by the delivery team.

In order to return bottles, they are demanding a cash payment receipt that is three years old. It is worth noting that according to UAE law, all payment records within the UAE region can be maintained in digital format and presented as proof of payment. This company has disregarded this requirement entirely. As a result, I am intending to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department (DED).

Difficult to get the deposit back. You need to call them to return the bottles and then they say they will come pick them up soon... That's what they've been saying for over two weeks now. // Update: they returned the deposit after I asked a government agency to intervene, after two ignored requests

Not recommending at all, they couldn’t even give waive bottle deposit charge where I was referred by my employer as we are there major corporate clients, I’ve been buying huge number of bottles and in return the service I got was pathetic, there are way more better companies then oasis !

!!! NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM !!!
Steer clear of this company - terrible service and communication. I ordered a cooler and three 5 gallon bottles, they promised to deliver next day. Next day passed in a complete radio silence, so I had to order water in 1.5 liter bottles from Instashop. I called the customer service, they apologized and promised to deliver my order the next day. So they did, but only the bottles, not a cooler. So I had to manually poor water from 5 gallon vessel into the smaller bottles and chill it in the fridge. When (and if) they deliver my cooler I definitely will switch to more reputable supplier of the water.
UPDATE: One week after the order coolers are still out of stock. I requested a refund and has been calling them every day since then. And every day they have been promising that I will get my money back tomorrow.
UPDATE 2: I have finally got my refund for the cooler after three weeks of daily calls and ONLY AFTER I told them that I am going to file a police report

I'm sorry but I will not recommend oasis water,they always say that no one is there in your home that's why they didn't replace the empty bottle. Even the empty bottle is outside of the flat for whole day from early morning and they will say no one is there.i can't call you guys always to tell you the same thing.

BE CAREFUL! SCAM ALTERT! We canceled their service and wanted our deposit back for the empty bottles. They told us we need a pay slip or we won't get the full amount. We needed to pay the deposit with cash although everything else needed to be paid digital (balance, etc.). That's the real scam: they told me on the phone they see I paid it but without the pay slip they will just refund 50% of the money -u003e so no chance for a customer because they don't send you a confirmation for the deposit - but for everything else: when the bring new water, etc. So it's obviously a scam tactic. I also submitted a complaint through DED (dubai consumer rights)!

I have been using Oasis water for around 2 years. Recently (last last couple of containers), I started to see bugs/insects in my glass of water and I am absolutely disgusted. I was not sure where they were coming from to begin with, but soon figured out that there are literally insects in the water container. When I realised, I removed the container from the dispenser and had a look inside and there were hundreds of them. Never using Oasis again.
