Terrible experience. 2 months and I am still waiting for a quotation after sharing all the information and visiting the showroom twice. They promise but never deliver. You would think with such premium prices they would have decent customer service. I will also be writing to poliform to let them know how well their brand is being represented.

Showroom very nice. Staff are ok. I went to ask for prices for my brother's villa.
He wanted same furniture he has in his house in Europe. The prices they gave me are double+ what he paid in Europe last year. All the time they recommend i buy from showroom display it would be cheaper and available. Still the prices were high even for the used furniture.

Since I put the order I was updated on the expected arrival time. The delivery schedule was respected and the item arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Bad experience. We were visiting for the first time and none of the staff cared to help us or show us around, instead they told us to walk and look around with 0 guidance.

The team at Obegi Home are exceptional to deal with. The showroom in Dubai is stunning. Highly recommend them if you're looking for luxury, modern or contemporary furniture in Dubai. Love the Baker Furniture collection.
