Floating restaurant is very good feel and enjoy. Thanks for the organizing this.
Food is not expected level
Welcome drink orange juice is good
Kuboos - okay to try
Salad - okay
Vegetable rice - okay
Chicken dum biryani - pieces are hard to eat
Chicken curry - pieces are boiled good but gravy is average
Paneer curry - okay
French fries - okay
Fish 65 - good but limited to 3 pieces
Chicken 65 - not fried much anyway limited 3 r 4 pieces
You can go next time but you will get same 3 r 4 pieces only
Custard - okay
Beverages - coke or fanta

We booked at 8.30-11pm but ship started at 9.55pm to round till that time no entertainment no food.

Can go once in Floating restaurant but would suggest to check with other services before this.

Had a wonderful experience aboard Oberoi ships, boarding @ Deira. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised with the good pictures the photographer on board took. The ship was well maintained, cuisine was plenty and much variety! The only black mark would be for the entertainment on board. Good restrooms available with separate entry. The tanura dance was perfect but the second program was not good at all. The people on board pitched in with some nice dance steps and made it merry. Wished we had a bit more time on board. A thumbs to all the staff on board! We will be back ????

Waste of time and it is boring inside the cruise. They will not follow the timing and the sailing time will not be more than 70min to 80min. One more bad thing is they will not give you option to choose lower deck or upper desk . They will provide the tables on sharing basis for families which is not good. they will provide the upper deck only for group travellers in the package.

They will tell you as unlimited softdrinks but that is not true they will give you only one tea glass of juice and nothing after that food is also worst.

Overall i can suggest don't take this cruise and don't waste your time and money.

- Bought a ticket from Headout with the promise of kids going free, but the reception denied any such policy, leading to a frustrating argument.
- Unhelpful and rude staff, forcing me to pay for my kids or leave the cruise.
- The food was extremely disappointing, with cold, tasteless, and hard BBQ dishes.
- The person serving the food was stingy with portions and gave me a disdainful look when I asked for more.
- Overall, it was a pathetic experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The environment is packed. Very loud and echoing. A lot of echo with the crowd. The food is very limited and not properly managed. A lot of guests came back and forth and made a mess. I think it wouldve been better to have served per table. Since we were seated at the back, the buffet was really unappetizing by the time we got there. The glasses they serve orange juice at welcome were getting washed when they fill it up again and the photographer was very rude when we didnt consent to get our photo taken. We didnt ask for a photo either.

The worst place in Dubai, especially not to make a reservation for this boat restaurant, we left 2 hours late, we started to leave and then they turned around to look for customers it's profitability above all.. The customers were unpleasant and do not even respect the waiting line for this serving to eat, the food is cold and not very good. Very bad experience and disappointed ????

Food was terrible, only best thing was having plenty of water to drink on this dinner cruise. Whatever is promised by travel agents online is fake! This dinner cruise is strictly avoid!
