AL Ameerah Cruise.

We booked the cruise for a dinner in this winter time this week with my family. I must say it was good two hours that we spent on the boat with dinner and it was more than what I expected. The Dinner spread was decent. The live performance was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff was nice and courteous. Very accomodating, very clean and well organized, I will definitely recommend. Thank you so much Al Ameerah Team. ✨

Worst service. Total waste of money.

Helo good evening
U know its very bad experience yesterday at Date:03/04/23,Time:9pm
At first that 2 guy who we pay money wearing white Kandoora very root behave and dnt know how to talk with costumer bad manner root+no respect specially for ladies talking like shouting
AND we request for balloon and bebe shower written decoration thats also was not there and the most embarrassing thing is we pay for 27 people full payment but only 20 people got food rest no food
Waiter said its table by table food will be provide but whem our group have turn for eat there is no food and when we ask for them they said no cannot do anything its their foult????????????u200d♂️

And whoever working there specifically waiter and Dj music bangladesh guy too mch asking for money i said why i need to pay money its not allowed to force for costumer to ask money actually but they keep asking i have to pay money for them i m askinh why they said bcoz they play for me song and waiter ask me money too mch for organizing for table OMG????????u200d♂️
Any way plz its really not happy for us but plz advice them for not to do other costumer in future tqu????

Cruise itself was alright, but was only 1.5 hours instead of 2 hours like they promised. The food was not tasty and was very cold!
My advice: Join for the cruise and get your own food.
