I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival I loved it. Very professional , quick, and took care of my car needs, prices are also reasonable. Would highly recommend this auto shop. Will definitely come back

It’s been already second time when I called to book a service appointment, the reception has confirmed , but in the end , she doesn’t know what time they have a break even !
The receptionist Sara is giving all the time a wrong information! First of all ,the way how she answers a business phone is “Alo “ , really ?! Am I calling to her private mobile ??? Or she doesn’t know the business etiquette ?As per her , I can come anytime for the car service from 9 am till 6 pm , but in the end I have to wait because at the requested time - the technician is having a break ?! And I want emphasize- it’s already for the second time !!!!! And the same receptionist who doesn’t know anything about why she is there !!!!

THE WORSE car services I have ever tried! They took my car almost for one month (two weeks before Ramadan) and still I didn't get my car until now. I was dealing with someone name sorage! Totally unprofessional! I asked for a very specific services, they kept the car for three weeks and brought it back with the same problem and took huge amount of money from me! And for what !!! I contacted them again , they took the car again and still didn't bring it back even when I asked them to bring the car, they ignore my request. I have all the WhatsApp msg of how incompetent they were, my last resort is the police and Dubai consumer, hopefully they'll help me get my car and my money back.

The best service every, Eng Kareem the head of service department is so helpful and experienced and he is always offer you the best available options.
