After I took the car back from an inspection the left headlight no longer worked and neither did the indicator. They didn't want to take any responsibility and treated us very badly, so I had to have it repaired at my own expense by another garage. I changed from 1 star to 2 because they called me apologizing for what happened and offering a discount for the next jobs. Unfortunately I have already fixed it and paid for it at my expense. It would be fair if they at least reimbursed 50% of my spending

This is by far the best dealership in town. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and full of good advise. If one is lucky enough to be a customer there, he/she will surely appreciate the quality of service

After my second review, the garage tried to contact me to resolve the situation, apologizing and offering me a discount for the next work but unfortunately I had already fixed the damage in another garage at my expense. For this I appreciate and change the review from 1 to 3 stars but it would have been more honest if at least they had reimbursed me 50% of the expense

A very busy A&E department which covers a fairly large area. The A&E is also home to a Minor Injuries Unit.

The A&E waiting room is quite small and has a limited amount of seating. Thankfully the seats have been upgraded from the cold and uncomfortable metal benches they used to have.

Every time I have accompanied a family member to this A&E they have had a long wait to see the doctor, despite having serious, potentially life-threatening symptoms. Most of the nurses and doctors here are very friendly, professionally and provide first class care. There are couple who seem to have chosen the wrong profession as you get the feeling that looking after patients is a burden and inconvenience for them.

The health board needs to invest significant amounts of money into this A&E to increase its capacity and recruit more doctors and nurses.

A&E is a busy department that gets slated all the time for the long waiting times, my opinion of this over stretched service, which is a UK wide problem and not just an issue with this particular hospital is that it certainly isn't as busy as neighbouring Cardiff or Bridgend hospitals. The Doctors and Nurses do a great job at this place, when we need them most.
