Its have 2 blocks one commercial + one Residential buildings near the business bay area with metro station station within the 5 mints walk bus stop outside the building
So many companies have offices here
There plenty of apartments here so you can find bed space,Room or complete apartment on rent

Security and parking nice and you can spend there for day 20 aed for a parking

Review is only for the commercial Tower - visited Building many times for offices located inside the building and found very unprofessional management of visitors. Big Low for the visitor parking in Basements - driving to basement is big task as the parking ways are very narrow and needs some effort to drive through them. First 20 min is free and Dhs.5/- for one hour - payment machine is another task its refuses to accept many times. Needs lot of improvements.
