Avoid buying things from here. I had purchased a shades and found the quality to be poor as it broke without any usage. When reported the same they are sorry for it but they don’t tend to take any action not do they reply to mails. It is under warranty but they are just pathetic in their service.

DON'T CALL THEIR 0843 NUMBER!

It's 83p a minute!

Plus, if you're ringing for someone else, they don't care and won't help. My Mum is incredibly ill and they WOULD NOT HELP because she wouldn't/couldn't call at 8am for an appointment.

Shame on you all.

I was repeatedly calling about my symptoms and believing I could have type 1 diabetes, got told I was “urinating a lot because I was drinking a lot”. Calling about it for another month or two, losing nearly 2 stone, exhausted and looking very pale before they decided I needed an urgent blood test. Turned out my assumptions were right but it should’ve been diagnosed much earlier.

Having contacted the surgery regarding my mother who is 89 and very frail regarding arranging for her to have a flue jab. I left my mobile number and asked for an appointment, but instead they phoned her and she walked up to the surgery . i am disgusted that the surgery contacted her and asked her to go up to them for this jab. don't they realize we have shielded her all year from covid and being 89 and very frail having go out is infuriating to say the least, i need this to be escalated as for some reason asking a person to go up for a flue jab, could kill her by getting covid...COMPLETE IDIOTS !

What a joke , 110 in queue, than answered by a rude unhelpful person , who then tells you to go on line to find a slot , This surgery is going to kill people, because you can't get to talk to a doctor someone needs to tell these doctors they are there to see people not to sit on their backsides and only chose who they feel like seeing. Joke shop

Shocking surgery can’t get appointments even after being on hold for over an hour. Get told to ring 111 and the bloody receptionist thinks she’s a bloody doctor

dont know why ppl are giving so low rate for this clinick. Just came back from there, Doctor was highly professional, polite and conforming. Quick service, straight diagnose.
