The apartment itself is good, but I have bad experience.

The wall of my room was broken by a maintenance work in public area (hammering something). Of course I reported immediately, but the cost of fixing was charged to me tenant. Why??
Never paid, never refunded. Why??

My 1 year in this apartment ends with noisy maintenance work, and owing the cost for someone's fault.
This experience and their attitude made me feel sad, despite the apartment itself was nice.. I wanted to move out with smile, but nomore.

Amazing Building, really professional workforce! The quality is high, the attention to details and the daily maintenance makes the difference with other buildings in the area. Im impressed by Iman developers and by the company that runs it! Great place to live...lovely pool

This is very nice and brand new building here in Jumeirah Village Circle, it’s completed in a given time, it’s reputation going strong day by day as its finishing and quality very impressive.
Lobby awesome, pool deck state of the art building design is wonderful, gym equipments are good, inside the apartment kitchen appliances are built in and branded, outside building lights are dim and sophisticated.
