Just arrive from other side of JVC the ATM was packed with people. Thinking i will avoid crowd but unfortunately same story here. EMIRATES NBD I think is time to consider building a branch in JVC

I WISH I CAN PUT NO STAR BECAUSE HONESTLY, I will be removing everything from this bank all my accounts. It's the 4th time I get HACKED, and someone withdraw an amount of 900$ from my account. PLEASE someone explain to me how can you purchase an item online without OTP./authentication code. Please, I would think it's someone working at the bank at this point. 4 times this happened and the " so called " high security they have, is useless. This is unacceptable and outrageous people trust you with their money and yet you are not able to provide a decent service and security !!!!!!

This ATM is not working most times, also they announce of deposit option but it is not active, security are not helpful and the support is very bad, they wasting long time of people in queue to find deposit not woking at the end.

Worst enbd machine. Slow and cash deposit slot is there but the machine doesnt have the option. It comes and goes randomly. Sometimes there, then next time not.
I have to drive 10 km to deposit cash. Talking about technology and smart and 2022 ????

Why there is no option of deposit? There is only one machine and doesn’t have deposited option.

This atm is the worst around in the area and that also only one in the area it's out of service right now and dont know what time will it be fixed please the bank should take responsibility for thisbif possible please let us know that if u have fixed it

There are often long lines. It is better to come late in the evening. In general, it's quite strange that there are only 2 ATMs for the whole neighborhood.

Edit: They fixed the deposit function back.

Seems like they removed the Cash Deposit function recently. Too bad.
