I brought my car to get an oil leakage fixed. Mr Ullas Nambiar welcomed me in and took my details. Later after the inspection has been done, Ullas called to inform that there are three major things which shall be done but he didn’t force it. He advised for the things to be fixed and It’s my call to decide. I went for the full scope of repair knowing that timing belt has to be done anyway soon or later. As he has promised, he ordered the parts and showed me proof that all parts has been ordered from the original OEM (see attachment) and confirmed to me the pick up time.
Ullas was always available on WhatsApp and that was very helpful to monitor the progress. You don’t want to call anyone at the garage who doesn’t know about your case .
As promised the pick up date and time has been held and no delay happened.
All-nighter I think Service and price were fair and the personal contact was very good. I would recommend them to friends. Ask for Ullas if you go there.

The service was excellent, and the garage kept me up to date with all the repairs and the waiting time for the missing parts. Sanjay was tremendous in making the whole experience effortless. He was very professional and of great advice. I ended up improving my car even more, and it looks great now, thanks to him. Excellent experience overall.

Worst experience ever, unskilled team including the management .
My car yarris went to them through RAK insurance, front bumper damage, they hold the car first for 6days , when went to collect the car,
*The bumper alignment was not properly installed.
*The accident Tyre marks was not removed.
*There paint all over the other parts of the car, basically no proper masking was done, there was paint on headlights and fogs lamps.
* They dint put the rubber between the bonnet and bumper.
* They use all different old used damage clips to fix the bumper and other side big screw to fix the bumper and another side they used bolt and even the clips were big and small and some area 1” clip was out.
* The paint was also not matching.
* They dint fix the chrome detail from the bumper.
Their team accepted what all I showed them and they promised that they will replace the bumper, it was so funny that I noticed all that difference and they dint see it. Which means they Dont do work properly
. False promises and not quality work, don’t spend your time. Maybe they need only big cars to claim insurance.

I recently had visited PAL Auto Repairs, and I must say, I was impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional, and I attribute a significant part of that to one outstanding individual @baby who truly went above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

I was advised by RSA insurance for my vehicle repair happened due to an accident. Mr. David is very helpful and accommodates my request to return car on same day. He arranged parts from supplier and informed me to visit garage so car can fix quickly without wasting my time as well as garage.

This garage and my assigned insurance representative David did absolutely an amazing job. My car looks even better than ever before! I got regular updates and really, the car was repaired that you would not recognize any changes whatsoever. Thank you!

The staff is quite helpful as they go out of the way to understand your issue. They diognose of the vehicle problem is correct, and the pricing is very reasonable. I was impressed by the fleet of vehicles they had for repair.
They need to improve on the feedback of timeline and work.

Very nice place, loads of paths through and around the woods, we found one birdwatchers hide and a further on,near the river, found a wicker woman and chickens. Layby on the bypass is quite small, I'm guessing there are lots more places around the area to park.

Not sure why Google calls it an observation hide. It's actually a sculpture of a man made of whicker! It is impressive & in a lovely setting. Views alone is worth the travel.

Situated a short walk from the lay by on the A167, iv spent many times in here especially when the weather has been bad. Inside there are 4 large wood latches which turns into the viewing window, 2 large stools for seating. On the back wall there is a large poster of all wildlife that thrives around the area. I find the place very relaxing and comfortable, Its always been open during the day, I'm not so sure about night time. It's been very well kept, it's clean and there is no gravity. On the outside left side there are feeding stations for birds and directly in front you will over the the moorland that extends to the river browny. If your in the area it is definitely worth a visit, take some food and hot drink and take in the views. It's a shame these are not dotted in every nature reserve.
