Take care with your credit card. I bought two rings and paid by credit card. Next to the transaction there is another headed Uber Eats pending $11.03. I only used the CC once a day that was in the store. So, someone on the staff has used it for their own purpose. BEWARE.

UPDATE 11.9.22: Here we go again, same situation a year n a half later. Now 3 missing baguettes n I promise I've only wore the ring less than 5 times since the last fix so why they keep falling out baffles me. These the only rings I've ever owned that does this. Let's see what the outcome of this time will be; as of now I'm being ignored ????????u200d♀️
03.21 - I was happy with my purchase the jewelry was nice, my guy went above and beyond to get us our purchases before we left Dubai. I even had a couple stones go missing and I was able to contact Palaces and shipped my rings back for repair. They were very understanding and helpful through the whole process.

I was overwhelmed at the amount of gold stores in Deira Souk. I went with the intention of having something special and unique made for my gf. I was hugely lucky when I walked past Palaces and Nour welcomed me in to discuss my aspirations. Nour together with Shah helped me create something amazing and extra special. I came with blurry image of a ring I'd seen online made with cheaper material. Nour and Shah worked with me on my precise requirements and made suggestions on how to make it even better. They were incredible and I highly recommend them to all. The images attached are the creation which I'm elated with. But more importantly my gf adores it, phew! Also, thanks to Abson who kindly got my gf's earrings back to new condition when we came to collect the ordered jewellery. As well as keeping us well entertained with all the incredible pieces in store.
Magic: Ordered on Saturday (late morning), collected Sunday (evening) just in time before flying home. 1 day with an unanticipated national shutdown, incredible!
Thanks again you 3, you made our trip! We'll be back to see you again in the future.

I highly recommend taking the time to stop by this shop.I was able to show a photo of the type of rind I was searching for and these guys not only sat with me .. picked the stones the size ect .. but when I returned 3 days later . I was elated with the design I was given. This ring is absolutely stunning. The photo doesn’t know justice. These guys are so patient and helped me through it all and also made nose rings with stones as well.
Shah Jee , Ahsan , nour , atif are an amazing team. If seven stars were available, I would give that.

On December 28th 2019, I bought a ring in the shop in Dubai Gold Souk Branch. It is of white gold with 5 rubies. But less than in one week, one stone has dropped out the ring. I am not in Dubai already and have no plan to visit it again in the near future. So I do not have any possibility to come and submit the complaint in person. Of course I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. What is the use of life-long guaranty if one can only claim it in Dubai? Moreover e-mail addresses that are on the invoice do not exist and I cannot sent any complaint there.
