The officials (from Nepal, India and Pakistan) were a pleasure to deal with. They resolved my urgent need for an emergency permit to access an apartment which was at a risk of being flooded.

Nakheel Community Management should continue to allow this office to issue all access permits rather than only rely on the website.

Face-to-face contact with officials / administrators is often far better than the anonymity of doing tasks and requests online.

USELESS. So much paperwork necessary to have your mother in law come visit. I mean thanks for trying to help me by keeping her away but no… just gave her another thing to complain about. Urgh. But then you still allow all these holiday homes to rave down the fronds… oh and don’t get me start on the noise from Surf Club. thanks for nothing

I rated 5* because they really deserve it.
Thank you for your team guys, not only me my neighbours also appreciated your assistance.

We had beach issues. Daily while we walk along the beach from Oceana Residence til Five, security stopped us "Not allowed area, I have instruction from Control room, if you walk further I will call police". 1. Security is to feel we are secured not annoyed. 2. We do not do any criminals.

I tried explain to security: We are there not to swim to walk. If we would like to swim we have own pool and beach. Walking is normal on the beach...

End of we had discussed with Control room, and issue was solved.

Now we do enjoy with our morning and evening walk along the beach.

We are living in Magaluf .management and security is not doing ANYTHING to stop extremely loud music every night .
Every weekend or Monday morning 7am some gym instructors screaming so loud giving classes in public area that we jump out of bed stressed.
Palm Jumeirah became Zoo after covid .Can't wait to move

Palm jumeriah security command office , it's good for safety to the guys working in and safety for the villa owners ,
staff are very polite and co operative ,
only the security check in guy don't have manners to talk.
Staffs are very helpful in the basement section .
