Nicole at the DFC branch was such a delight! I bought the Heart closure bracelet yesterday in MCC only to realise today that it didn’t go with jewellery I already own even though I truly loved the heart motif.

Nicole stayed with me for a long time showing me different styles of the Pandora Me bracelet and giving feedback as well as explaining how the bracelet works as this is my first Pandora bracelet. Exceptional customer service!

Be wary though as the staff are trained to upsell heavily and you will walk out with more than you bargained for. Nicole wasn’t very pushy though but I will definitely return!

Staff was able to locate what we required, and was keen on upselling. Upsold a package of polishing cloths. The entire purchase was a gift, and then later was told the majority of the polishing cloths were missing from the package and only empty packages were provided.

Disappointing experience and not in line with our experience at many other pandora stores around the world.

Out of the 2 staffs in the store, one was kind. The other gave a dismissive attitude to you when you tried to ask her questions. Unlikely to visit again.

We bought expensive jewellery as Xmas gifts and were told that we could exchange the bracelets in case the size is too small. When we intended to do so the week after Xmas apparently the promotion had ended and they did not offer exchange. We will not shop from the brand ever again!

Terrible staff, thet don't guide u to choose the correct size, exchanging was a terrible experience i had to do to 3 different branches to exchange my bracelet and they made me pay more money!

Don't be put off by its location or interior. There's a reason "gaffas" has been open for years.
The food is good, the pizza, kebab burger and chicken niblets are the best! The prices are great! So park close, get in and get out, Clifton street is not the place to be ????

An absolute hidden gem!
The food is great, they have a very large menu and the food is delicious, get in and try it!
Staff are usually very friendly and they sometimes go the extra length to show they appreciate there customers.

Popular chip shop, large portions, I normally get the chicken kebab with naan, always very good, staff are friendly also.

The best chip shop in all of Adamsdown & Splott. Portion sizes are huge, a large bag of chips was more than enough to feed 3 people. Even with the price increases, it's still a cheap and tasty meal.
