Food is okay .. not wow not bad … they don’t have flexibility in changing the side dishes or adding small things to the dish.. example I asked to add raw onion slice to my burger ???? but they said it’s not possible….. .. their signature burger was just NORMAL!
ceaser salad was normal and chicken was flavorless.. tasted like boiled chicken lettuce was soggy … nachos was with less cheese although I requested extra cheese.. … I have recognized that some of the empty tables are dirty .. and when I chose a table it was dirty with the chairs although there was no people inside..
French fries was really bad.. seemed to be reheated..
Overall it was a good experience but never to be repeated.

I recently visited the restaurant that was a complete disappointment in every aspect. The customer service was atrocious, with the staff showing no interest in helping customers and making them feel welcome. The overall experience was non-existent, making me feel like I was just getting a meal from a fast-food joint. The food itself had absolutely no taste, making it a complete waste of money. Speaking of money, the prices were completely unreasonable for the lack of quality and taste. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone as there was zero value for money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Sugar factory keeps being a disappointment. First of all they took 20 minutes to bring a single piece of cheesecake. Second, it's the worst cheese cake I have had in my life. The 10dhs cheesecakes in kfc or McDonald's are sooooo much more worth. It felt like a block of frozen cream cheese. The texture the taste...its all bad.

Place looks great decoration wise. So many pictures of celebrities.. nice indoors and outdoors seating areas.. staff are nice.. food tho is not that great.. we order an appetizer sampler and 2 ribeye steaks.. everything in the appetizer sampler was too oily aside from the dynimte shrimp nothing tasted good.. main dishes were better but again nothing special.. it's understandable as they are more famous of their goblet drinks and desserts so we might try these next time

Although the ambience in the restaurant was amazing, it looked closed from the outside so it took me a while to figure out where it was. Maybe because it was daylight but still. As I waited for my order, they served me what I guess were Nachos, they were too oily and the sauce tasted very weird. I ordered the Sugar Factory Signature Burger, it tasted good and the patty was juicy too but it kept falling apart and was very hard to eat. It came with a side of plain fries which again were too oily for my liking.

I had a delightful experience at Sugar Factory, with its excellent service and delicious food. However, I was disappointed to find the table unclean and unprepared when we arrived.

Worst resturant experience ever! The burger tasted horrible we complained and the manager didnt even come. The server just told us this is how we serve our burger if you dont like it order something else but we will not change it!!
I have never been to a resturant that deals with customers in that way!

We had dinner here. We were very hungry and ordered steak burger, chicken risotto and red velvet cake ???? for dinner. The food was served in reasonable time and quantity was good.We liked the food very much. They served some complementary tacos which were tasty as well. They accept entertainment offer here. Surely we would like to go back again.
