I used to love coming here with all of my obsession with the rings and charms until I visited the branch last week with a request to shine my jewelry and was notified that the service is no longer offered but we can buy the shining kit at AED 100. I agreed and purchased it only to fond out the next day that the kit was worth just AED 60 and the sales lady had put in 2 shining clothes worth 20 each to make it reach 100. Noting that I have a zillion of these at home from my previous charm purchases. This is for sure not an ethical way to get your sales up. Client must be given the freedom to choose if they actually want to purchase such items. Sneaky behavior not up to the standard and reputation of the brand.

Mirdif branch was one of my favorite, until they changed the staff members, and brought one lady that actually makes me feel that I don’t belong there, and always gives me attitude, like she don’t like it when I buy one piece, or refuse to buy something extra she suggested.. one time she gave a look made me feel like she’s judging me when I asked for my points to be added!!!
I hate this, as mirdif is so close to my house, and always come to check the charms every single time I feel down or celebrating an occasion.. sad!

Visited yesterday and bought long awaited bracelet. Hurry up! Christmas promotion is going on. Got another free bracelet of AED. 350 free on purchase above 595 AED. It's amazing experience of knowing varieties of bracelets and limitless varieties of clips and charms. These all together forms a beautiful, attractive, eye-catching Bracelet. Located at Mirdif city center, ground floor opposite to Bath and body. Very close from Entrance C. Now will keep eye on further promotions to visit again

Wonderful shopping experience. Sales representatives give their full attention to the customers and take them in order of arrival. The store has full range of products from all bracelet styles to latest collection of charms, rings, earrings and necklaces. You just can’t stop!! ????
