The staff in Midriff city centre branch are very rude and snobby when it comes to asking for help or even paying for one item at the cashier. The lady at the cash register was stalling the entire time bc I wanted to pay for one item only. Very unprofessional way to leave a customer and talk to their mates while leaving me eating for a long time. Plus, asking personal questions whether I came with my mother or I’m alone. This is absolutely ruined the experience of shopping there !

Visited the store to get some products, the staff is leased interested to assist or help. I asked the staff when the product will be available, she said no idea about it. No estimate dates, with very bossy attitude. Store is not customer friendly, staff is busy chatting or doing their makeup.

I would go to dubai mall branch rather visiting in mirdif.

Thanks to KIKO in DCC that they exchanged my lipstick which was wrongly sold as lip gloss. Sonu and Seher were good sales staff .

Don’t expect an outstanding customer service from the “market” place. Sorry couldn’t call any other way.
The representatives of the brand who’s so much busy with themselves but not customers.
The cash desk were left with no one while two of them stood right in front of me chatting and whispering to each other while me: - I would like to be assisted please
- no answer
me: - can I make a payment please
- no answer
The other customers had to raise their voice in order to be assisted!
I mean whoever is in charge: your team need a training, lots of training!
Am I visit again ? No, thank you !

Good products but the staff at midriff city center is so rude, the lady spoke so rudely as if she was doing me a favor. I asked her to show the best seller in hydro gloss she literally threw all the shades on the table and went like all are our best sellers chose for yourself. Her duty is to assist customers and not be rude.
Kiko milano you need to upgrade your staff if you want your customers to revisit.

One of the worst customer service by staff and rude also, staff usually treat local or arab customers very well but others they treat bad way. I bought last week one item which was in sale price but when I checked the bill at home, it was the original price charged. Today I went for exchange but staff told not possible. There was a exchange policy mention on the bill so whats the issue?? Secondly, they ask about you need a bill, obviously cx needs a bill, so why they are asking?? Firstly told the sale price full but When I said its sale price then corrected herself. Kiko management must need to train the staff or do some corrective measures for their staff services. We have many more options and onwards I will never shop from Kiko and inform others also. Just now reading all reviews, My opinion is correct and genuine. I left the shop and went to sephora where I got the best customer service and I bought a lot.

Good products, staff not so much! I went to get some products and the lady who was supposed to be on shop floor helping was completely useless, she ignored me after I asked her for advice and walked off. I asked the lady behind the counter for assistance who started talking to me but then was called back to the counter in a rather abrupt manner. Needless to say i left whatever I had picked up and walked out of the store.

It felt like the lady on the shop floor was interested in serving people who looked like they will spend alot which is a shame as She can't judge by looking what we will or will not spend on!
