SCAM ALERT..!!

They scammed me. My order total was AED 108 and the counter lady asked me to tap the card for payment and the machine was facing towards her. As I have been living in dubai and never have any issues with any outlet I TAPPED my card and didn't even thought that something is not right, when I reached home I received msg from my bank that AED 181 has been deducted from my card to payment towards papa John's festival city branch. It was on 29th April and I am writing this on 1st May after multiple calls and follow ups to their call centre no response received only FAKE promises that they are arranging call back from dfc outlet management until now they didn't even bothered to call back. SHAMEFUL..!!1st order from papa john and never going back to them again. I WILL REPORT THEM TO POLICE.

LOL. their counter is always empty, i mean there is no staff in the counter, not just once but most of the time. i need to shout from outside or ask the neighbor for them to come out.. well maybe they dont accept order. BAD SERVICE INDEED.

The branch is below standards in term of time, it takes them ages to take your order and prepare it.
The staff are nice and tolerable.
Taste is good and the same as everywhere else.
Generally it is ok but be patient.

Terrible customer service , last week i ordered a small pizza and the pizza looked like it was already cooked before and reheated again. Every week a different staff, different pizza

Oh wow enjoyed papa John's on a surprise 50% off day. So while casually looking for dinner found the offer that was applied on the while menu without clubbing other deals and offers. Soni went for the veg option today and yeah the medium pizza costs 23 dhs and then I also ordered some cheese sticks for an extra 15 wow I wish I could take a lot more for the next days to eat. It's inside the food court which is quite hidden in the mall but yeah just ask anyone they can help you out.

I took iftar package , everything you can eat for 34Dhs. I ordered my iftar deal 25 minutes before iftar even after azan I wait 20 minutes , I was fasting and I didn't get my meal even after azan.
The staff couldn't manage it properly
