I was cheated, Very Bad, unprofessional Staff and Services.

I had ordered Pizza from Noon (Or No. 5587 )as there was an promotion going on and there i have done mistake because i didn't know that in the name of promotion they serve us small portion and bad quality food and instead of regular crust i got thin crust instead of large Pizza i got medium was that a joke !!

After i received order. I had called on their complaint number mentioned on Pizza box and that lady assured me that they will take appropriate actions and i will get satisfy resolution but for two days no one turned up for two days. And i thought let me call them again for follow up and another lady attended and she said management rejected my complaint. I was shocked to hear that and found that lady was feeling helpless knowing my scenario and said sir i have many calls in que so disconnected the call.

I am dissatisfied because of highly unprofessional management that they didn't considered my feedback seriously. And didn't followed customer centric approach. NPS - Zero.

I think this was my second order from them and never gonna order again and will inform my friends same so that they should not get hurt after ordering.

It's my personal opinion that Pizza hut and Papa John's is very best while giving us the services that's why they are growing because they don't cheat us at least while service us what we paid for

Gave Papa Murphy’s another go, and it turned out delicious! . To begin with we got the ‘Spicy Chicken Fries’: they served this with ranch sauce and it was the perfect combination to dip that fries in. Just the fries on its own was yummy- you can taste the hints of spice and the thickness of it made it even better. For our pizzas we got two large pizzas. First one, ‘Original Cowboy’: layered with their traditional pizza sauce, peperoni, sausages, black olives, cheddar cheese, mushrooms , parmesan and herbs made this taste so good! . I loved the sausage used here, perfect cuts and the flavours balance out so well. Also, the generous amounts of olives made it even better and it gets even more delicious because they combine two different types of sharp cheeses - wasn’t overpowering the rest of the flavours at all.

Onto our second pizza- ‘Original Chicken Garlic’: garlic is an important component in any pizzas and what better way than to begin this pizza layer with their creamy garlic sauce, topped with chicken, green onions, roma tomatoes, and a trio of mozzarella, cheddar mix, and parmesan with a final touch of herbs. Everything here made this pizza so zesty, aromatic and full of great tastes. The hints of the herbs as you bite in was a definit delight. This was such a simple yet wholesome pizza flavour that I highly recommend.

To end our dinner we tried their ‘Cinnamon Wheel’: a decadently baked pizza layered with cinnamon sugar, cripy caramelised toppings and cream cheese frosting. I absolutely loved this dessert, especially the crunchy fillings and the sweetness of the cinnamon sugar with the cheese frosting made this so enjoyable. It wasn’t so sweet either, just the right amounts made it perfect. Y’all have to try this one out! .

A shoutout for their delivery, we were so hungry and it arrived just about right! . Their pizza dough’s are the kind of thickness I’d always prefer, not too thick or thin, it was soft and baked to perfection. They have a variety of flavours and pizza bases to choose from, be it keto, diet or vegan, or you can customise your own- they got your cravings covered.

I ordered pizza few months back. While my wife is eating, she was shocked that there was a peice of bone in the pizza and wounded her mouth because of that.

And now, i ordered penne carbonara, on the first bite, i knew that the pasta is SPOILED!

We ordered chicken alfredo, but received a spoiled, expired one. Too sour, stinky smell. We ordered from Smiles app. But received these type of food!!. Clearly unacceptable.

Arrived at the hotel around 8pm, famished and the pizza shop is right beside our hotel. Good choices and value for money!

Ordered from talabat, I almost broke my tooth due to the OLIVE PIT I have found while chewing my pizza slice ! A child could have choke with this ! Not to mention how cold, salty and oily the pizza was. Talabat was informed; be careful people seems you cant even trust your pizza nowadays.

Guys the location is so peaceful it’s so nice the best part is it’s very pocket friendly and they have amazing Tuesday offers .

I should give 0 star ….It’s just a waste of money… no taste nothing … better to eat at Maestro Pizza .. that’s really tasty and pocket friendly. But this papa Murphy is so expensive and no taste… never go there.
