amazing bun. costs 15 aed but worth it! this is the best tasting bun in the world. it is moist on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside. there is a surprise butter on the middle. you will crave for more once you taste it. it is not too sweet so it is good for snack but can also be a dessert.

great service! we had to go here because the one in ibn batutta is always sold out. the service was great here.

Customer service can really depend who is there! Sometimes they are so friendly and sometimes just the opposite! The buns can differ from day to day! Sometimes they are fresh and sometimes not! But if it is fresh, then those buns are yummy and don’t forget to add a coffee to it ! The above observations can be observed at other branches also!

My favorite bun among all! Their Mexican coffee bun is the best! I like it plain and partner with cardamom tea. Oh heaven for me! Their buns are best to eat just right after they bake it. So it’s crunchy on the outside and soft buttery inside. The staffs are very nice too. I ordered here like 3x already.

The waiter here is so kind.

Their coffee is fresh and decently priced. I believe I paid only 16 dirhams for a cup of espresso which is quite reasonable for Dubai prices.

They also have fazaa discount. Just show it to your waiter and you will get 20% off.

Located in the Sunset Mall; this branch of Papparoti provides you with a calm and relaxed ambience to enjoy your favorite Rotis (Buns) with Coffee / Tea. The buns are very fresh, soft and crunchy (as per brand standards). The toppings on the top are delicious.

We love the lotus topping. However, all their toppings are great.

The staff is super friendly and courteous. The SOPs for COVID-19 are strictly followed. The hygienic conditions were amazing.

Definitely a good place to go to and have some quality times with loved ones.

I tried Coffee and bun package in Sunset mall. The bun was great, but as a coffee lover I can’t say the same about cappuccino: milk was overheated and coffee had a burn taste. Service was friendly.
