I have bought tekkies in December and was given a wrong track number.i sent numerous emails and still have not got my order or feadback on whats happening.

I am not the type to write reviews but this place warrants one. I am not even going to start with the "service" i received. I will just discuss the way they handle their policy. When a place has a no refund policy you would expect the employees to notify you BEFORE you complete your purchase. Then, when you want to bring back an item they pressure you into choosing another one on the spot, frustrated I asked for a credit note FOR MY MONEY, so that i can spend it at a later time. When they FINALLY gave it to me, they put an expiry of two days on it. Ridiculous, there is zero customer service from the employees to the "manager". They just want your money, they do not care if you are satisfied or not. So, if you want to pay luxury prices for cheap items, then this is the place to shop! Advice to the manager, build better relations between your team and customers.

The quality of clothes are not up to the mark. I remember buying a Kylie lip kit from them (I already have 5 at home which I ordered from the website) this store sold FAKE lip kits, the liquid lipstick was weird in consistency, I wanted to call them to inform about it, I didn’t, instead I threw it in the bin and went on with life. Then, I visited them again on a sale day - I saw a dress that I bought for 800-900 aed for a plain cotton dress with a simple print of it - I saw the same dress for 50 aed or 100 and I got so upset. I mean if you’re charging such high prices for things atlesst don’t embarrass or disregard our heavy purchases on the same outfits as customers. This is ridiculous, and I’m deeply disappointed in this store and the way they do their business.

Their stuff might look good but I have no idea cause everything is so close tight and everything I take out is very cheaply made, and you feel like you can’t breath cause all you want to do is color coordinate and re arrange their stuff.

It’s an OCD and a claustrophobic’s worst nightmare. Everything so unorganized and too expensive for the quality the carry.
