We bought the chocolate for our new born Lucas from Patchi Dubai Hills Mall. We made a special order. We got really excellent help and amazing service. Big thanks to Donia, the manager of this branch. She was so helpful kind cheerful and professional. We could not get a better service anywhere in the world!

I visited today Dubai Hills mall branch.
Seller don’t know how to talk with the clients.
When I asked him to help me with a recommendation of a chocolate; he asked me a question what is my budget???? Are you seriously??? I don’t buy an apartments. Just a box of chocolate.
When I asked to try a chocolate he replied no I can’t and that was a joke.
Very strange joke with customers.
Very poor customer service.
Please pay attention how to talk with the clients.
Not recommend.

I visited the Dubai Hills branch today with my children. The treatment was very excellent and professional from the sales representative. I liked his way of dealing, especially with my children. It is not the first time that I visit the Dubai Hills branch. Every time the treatment is better. Thank you to all the team, especially Issam and the Tunisian girl.

I had an amazing experience at Patchi Dubai Hills Mall.
The chocolates were delicious as usual!!
And the saleswoman Dounia was so welcoming helpful friendly and knowledgeable.She made my experience unforgettable.

Feels bad. From the moment I enter your store to the moment I leave, I feel "I am the service staff, and the shop assistant is the customer." Even though I bought a lot of chocolate, no one said goodbye to me when I left. Obviously you need to train your staff.

A perfect place for a gift be it a thank you or to bring along to a dinner invitation, Patchi is a well made, beautifully presented gift to receive.

Dela was very helpful she knows the products and descriptions and weight of each inside out, she was patient and very attentive.

Went in to buy some chocolates. Asked the guy to tell me about the flavours and that I wanted a white and milk selection. He took the box, shoved in tonnes of random chocolates and then got annoyed when I told him I wanted him to tell me what was going into the box. Overall a really terrible atmosphere in the shop and no form of apology or effort to rectify the situation. Not surprised that the store was empty. Shame.
