I’m your regular customer, I even maintain a gold membership in your app. Honestly speaking I’m so disappointed recently cuz I start drinking my coffee somewhere else as you asking people for paying for extra shots in order to feel the taste of the coffee in all your hot/cold drinks. Other well known cafes are serving a more delicious and strong coffee and also cheaper price, I don’t mind your current price tho. Furthermore, same comment I start to hear from my friends as well. Kindly take this comment seriously and take action.

Standard fare, average coffee with rather silly names for the sizes. Nicely done location in the mall, good layout. Staff is a bit hit or miss, and that can make all the difference for the experience. Unfortunately I cannot blame the company for the numerous people who think they are in their living room when they are talking on the phone at the top of their voice.

Back to the coffee, try the americano, not half bad.

The pumpkin spice for Halloween is back. The 3 flavors are delicious but I liked the Frappuccino more. Friendly staff and relaxing place.

Super staff understood my coffee cravings needs and all came to contribute to my happy Starbucks experience :) its the Starbucks down on Ground floor facing massive duty and Paul in Dubai Hills I'm referring to. Thanks snd Cheers super nice staff :) mona

I am a regular customer at Starbucks and I almost visit all Starbucks across Dubai but I visited Dubai Hills mall branch infront of Sephora on 10 of August 2023 around 12:30 PM and I faced the worst experience in Starbucks at all from African Lady working in the branch, she is very very rude and she doesn’t know how to deal with customers, she is really a bad image for Starbucks and I will never be at any Starbucks again because of her!
