Good location but coffee is average
We ordered coffee and eclair. The coffee was just milk, it is not tasty at all.
The chocolate eclair was good but it feels like it is not recently baked.
They have a variety of sweets and options.
Staff is welcoming and friendly
The ambiance is antique
The prices are affordable

The food was tasty and delicious. They have the best fries in UAE. It is a cozy restaurant with nice decoration. The team is so friendly and attentive . They have outdoor seatings which I like it the most . You can enjoy the outdoor space while the weather is still cool. I like their breakfasts as well they have wide selection of sweets

Good seating arrangement, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. This is our 2 visits and each visit we had we got our seats on arrival. Staff is very helpful and can be very accommodating. The food is delicious and we ordered pasta and burger ????. The pasta was a bit dry but they took it back and added more sauce and made it creamy. Every time anyone order anything they are welcomed with freshly baked different types of bread ???? with butter and olives. A very refreshing feel and I had a lovely time. Their financier are also very tasty.

It is a nice place to enjoy a coffee and a small dessert. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the place was quite and cosy, and the dessert variety was limited maybe because it was around the end of the day (7pm). I had the strawberry tart which was crunchy and a bit over baked but taste wise it was succulent.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Quiet and clean, organized and spacious branch. You will love the ambiance there ????????

We got our order 2 mins after ordering ????.

The hot chocolate was amazing ???? better than the one I usually drink at Deira branch.

White chocolate Cranberry muffin was delicious and yummy ????.

Strawberry Charlotte slice was amazing ????.

I used to love Paul but it’s seems not anymore as I have horrible experience with wafi branch in particular. And Marylebe who took my order has a huge Attitude issues. Although I had went back after my complain to the manager assuming that I will get a better service and attitude but they failed again.
My order was so clear I need white omlette only and she punched another order with her attitude that I can’t handle anymore
Worst expeicne ever. Never recommend anyone to go to wafi Paul.

Place is calm, not crowded at the time we visited, unlike other cafes. The ambience is nice, as usual the food here is good and the portion is just enough. We had breakfast the French style and as usual Paul didn'tlet me down. The only down side was the less staff they have, maybe because its not yet the peak,but still at least they should have enough staffs to cover the morning shift. We had to search how many time for the waiters to take our order as well as for billing out. Overall I still enjoy Paul, giving them a 4 star this time. But do visit them and try.

Nice location if you like a mystic atmosphere old ancient ruins and a hot coffee definitely right spot to visit. Staff a bit cold maybe due to the weather and they are opening at 9 am which is not mentioned on the website. My one star goes to that but overall nice place. Paul is a well know French bakery and their mouth watering croissants and bakeries are very popular. And if you wanna have shopping but still to chill in a hideaway spot it is the right place
