We chose Pawar family restaurant catering service for our kids birthday party( our friend recommended) and needless to say we and all our guests were extremely happy with the food that included tea snacks , live BBQ starters and main course(all veg) and also the service was on point.
We also dined in twice at the restaurant and tried their non vegetarian food options and they were equally fresh and good. Highly recommend this restaurant to dine in plus catering.

Now open for only 2 hours in the morning (after I am at work already) and 2 hours in the afternoon (most working people aren’t able to visit before 6pm).
Take your money 24/7 online,
Provide a service only on a part-time basis.
Maybe they’re trying to get Universal Credit top-ups.
Shocking way to run a national service.

If we miss a delivery the parcels get taken to The Canterbury delivery office; a 50 minute round trip by car. I lot longer by bus. They have changed their opening hours to basically hardly ever be open and haven't bothered to change their opening hours on Google, so people are still making the journey there, only to find our they are closed and they had a wasted trip.

The staff and the facility are fine but they really need to sort their opening hours out. Most days are different and the place seems to be run for their own convenience rather than provide a consistent service for their customers.

If you want public support for strike action, perhaps bother to update your opening hours on Google so that we know you’ll be closed!! Yet another wasted trip, and wasted day because the items I’d come to collect I was looking to install today!

The details on the web page are incorrect, along with many others, on Thursday 7pm closing time advertised on the board outside, I arrived there at 6pm all was locked up, very poor service, this branch needs sorting out, again today i have to try to be there earlier as they have changed the closure times. Very poor service indeed.

If possible, I would even want to give the negative stars. They put on notification as your address is not accessible while it was not the case . I was home and no one had put an effort to ring the bell. And no one has left the card! I called the customer service and spoke to one of the ladies name “Claire” and she was even saying my building bell might not be working. How Hilarious! I have friends coming over , could be any time , any week and the bell is absolutely fine! This is not the single occasion. Always though I had to pay special delivery fees, always had to collect at the office! Shame on you, Royal Mail!! If you cannot work properly, stop working as delivery service and stop ripping off our delivery fees for god sake!
