Used to like this place until I had a non standard situation. Bought a ball that was too big for my dog. Tried to get credit for it after the 14 days. It was new and in packaging. Got a complete cold shoulder. Bought some more stuff regardless - around 2x what the ball wws worth. But likely the last visit to this store for me. Springs souk has a store and there is always Amazon.

Ordered online with cash on delivery. They had *NO* change and no card reader with them. Due to this I could only take delivery of half of my order. Who sends out drivers with absolutely no change? Delivery was on time and people were friendly so it's not their fault but management shoud rethink their delivery process.

Update: Received a call from them today to follow up my complaint. Issue was addressed well by them so lets see how my next order is handled.

I was totally blank when I decided to take a puppy home. I don’t know about what all should I buy, which brand, what size all.. But advice from Lisha of Pets Delight guided me in each steps. She patiently answered me for all quires and gave me best solutions for each product and gave me best prices also. She was at our call or whatsapp at each and every time we asked about products. I placed my order and I got products with in 7-8 hours at my home. It’s amazing service given by Ms. Lisha , sincere courtesy from me and my family. We promise we will be a regular client of Pets Delight here onwards. Once again Thank You Pets Delight, Thank you Lisha.

Nice selection of products. High quality food only as well as most of the other items we ordered is good quality too. Ordered Friday evening and got delivery on Saturday afternoon already. Like that shop.

Very quick and accurate delivery. Ordered Wednesday evening, delivered Thursday morning. Delivery staff very helpful by delivering the order to my working station instead of residence, as per my phone request, for quick delivery.
