Even though full groom is quite more expensive here compared to other pet salons, I'd still book Pets Lounge, and particularly ask for Sir Mike to groom my dog. He's very gentle towards Tofu! I am an anxious pet mom, so does Tofu when away from me (even more so when something's going to be done with him!!) but he never disappoints! After every session, Tofu smells good, is thoroughly cleaned and relaxed- not to mention furmom is at peace! ???????? Hopefully loyal customers can be offered membership / discount whatsoever though! ???? Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied! Will always recommend! ???? Thank you!

Very professional service done by Cesar and Elvin. I felt my dog was in good and kind hands, I received a lot of videos of my dog being groomed and the dog came back home extremely clean and happy.

Get my little dog groomed there. The team is kind. The prices are great.
Amjay does her grooming.
They do take long though around two hours for full groom but they are very gentle probably that’s why as my dog is nervous.

I was impressed with the professionalism & kindness of the team. They are also very good at following instructions for my doggies grooming. They do exactly what we ask. She always looks great. Thank you guys, definitely recommend.

This is our firstime in pets lounge home service grooming. Me and my wife were very satisfied and Happy with the result of our furbaby pepper pomeranian. Thanks to the groomer ian for the great grooming and also to the driver elvin. They are very accommodating and they give good service. We will surely come back. And I highly recommend them for full grooming of your pets for home service in the van @Pets Lounge.

Update: they were very nice and called to apologise. We will try the service again.

We washed our cats today and they looked fine, the guys were polite and nice. We noticed that one was still scratching the ears after an hour. I found out he had some cottons forgotten in the ears.

Absolutely great service and great haircut results for my dog! They came to my location and did it in their van and my dog behaved well compared to other groomers. Definitely will use againn!

Absolutely amazing people who cares about you and your pet. Gave my cat a full grooming session. They were very friendly approach in picking-up at the door in their own carrier, sending pictures of where they parked. They took time and care to shave and clean my cat with no harm. My 11 year old cat is jumping with joy around the house like a little kitten.
