Tablet screen repair. Even though my tablet was only a month old and had no scratches. The tablet came back scratched and scratched. The camera cannot be used because there is adhesive on the in-camera. The person who repaired it was kind, but the technology is low

I have a Huawei P30 lite. The screen was cracked and repaired over 2 months ago.The screen check in process was quick and repaired in roughly 6 hours. The same day.

The following was noticed:
-The colour's on the screen is not vivid and I had to increase the brightness to get colour. I was told it's because it's not an original screen replacement
- the screen is 30% responsive when laying flat- bearly can be used
-the screen is 75% responsive when held in hand - often have to retype to get the a word correct
-on odd occasions the phoned acted up, not as intended

Additional information. I have a screen protector on so I don't know if that is also affacting the response which it shouldn't

HORRIBLE service be careful!!
Checked the day before to confirm if the have the specific piece to repair my screen as same day I have to take a flight in the airport and all info was there, and they confirmed.
The next day before going I REcheck with them again, by whatsapp and call, and they confirmed.
I WENT THERE AND HANDED OVER THEM MY PHONE AND AFTER 30MIN WHEN I CAME BACK THE PHONE WAS OPEN WITH NO SCREEN AND THEY SAID THAT THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SCREEN!!AND GAVE ME BACK A PHONE WITH NO SCREEN!!Useless and careless

They are so professional in terms of fixing devices! I love the teamwork they have. Everyone is helping each other. ????What an awesome boss they have. His very kind and very accommodating once he approach clients. ♥️They treated they're all clients VIP. One of the bests phone shop in Al Barsha Mall. ????????????????????
