I agree with the person who said that the guy in reception was really rude. I just went to ask some questions, but he was very impolite. When I tried to explain my situation, he interrupted me and gave me his friend’s phone number. I just went to ask some questions at Tasheel, which is a government service after all. So, I was wondering why he kept interrupting me by giving me his friend’s number. I just wanted help and information, not his friend's number. It made me upset that he kept cutting me off, and it's not the kind of service you should get. If he doesn't want to do his job properly, he shouldn't be working there.

3 times in a row I come . One day system down, one day system slow, one day ticket nit working. When I asked to talk to the manager the response was arrogant and aggressive instead of apologising and explaining his answer was "not my fault talk to the ministry". Will definitely not come to this one again.

Ejari process was efficient and quick. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Everything under one roof. Very positive experience. Well done Tasheel.

Don’t let the underwhelming ambience trick you. The services here are excellent! They even offer to activate DEWA for you. To top it all up - I misplaced my wallet in the seat accidentally and one of the gentlemen working there gracefully return it to me. Was in Al manara today and the service in Tasheel is way better!

I came twice, the guy on the reception is very rude, no respect to the customers. Spoke to the manager, but she provided wrong information. She said I have to go to another Tasheel office and they will help. I had to drive 45 minutes and waste my time. No assistance at all. Just making people upset.

Ejari renewal was very easy and fast to do. Came at 9.00 am on a Friday morning.
Mr Abdulla Ali was the epitome of customer service , friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

These people never care about customers. I checked all the channels, tried to call them and I didn't find anything about Ramadan working times. I had to come and check. And of course they were closed. As per that sign they are working from 8 PM till 12 PM ???? perfect, whole night.

Guess what, they are not processing Ejari after 8PM. And of course they didn't mention it.
