Such a piece full and clean area in the hurt of the Dubai. clean and secured residence flats almost comforts stay with family couples or friends as well , nearby access shopping hubs( Nesto LULU mini stores etc, and a wonderland of foodie’s and taste explorers

Since 1980s.. Was next to the building I lived in . Recently been there .. still stays like that.

The renewing of the flats is a torture for the rest flats ..too much noise to handle
