Arabian Ranches' Pizza Hut restaurant offers good franchise quality pizzas with sides like ginger bread that are very good.
The decoration of this restaurant is average, other restaurants of the brand are more welcoming and charming.
I have a problem it is the wait to be served which is slightly slow.

A very big inconvenience that the store doesn’t have ATM machine!! So their solution was to cancel my order instead of them solving the issue!!!!
This is Dubai! Very bad service for such an important City!!!!!!!????????

Great for convenience if you live in Ranches but not an ambiance that you want to dine in - the place is in need of a refurbishment..

This is how I received my order from Pizza Hut through Careem. Unsealed, looking like box has been opened several times, greasy fingerprints allover and dirty with food remainings on the box. Absolutely disgusting, wondering how is this acceptable specially during COVID times?

They cancelled my order and never bothered informing me. When I called (after waiting for 1:15 hours) they told me, oh yes … it is cancelled. As simple as that. An absolute disgrace to the whole world of takeaway.

Most irresponsible and insensitive staff. Made the poor careem guy wait for 1 and a half hour that led to the cancelation of my order. I waited more than 2 hour; yet no follow up by the branch. Disappointed. CLOSE this branch or teach staff some standard of service

Made an order on talabat, after more than an hour of ‘preparing’ status, I call customer service number for Pizza Hut to tell me this branch doesn’t deliver to your area & they didn’t even bother to call me & tell me we don’t deliver

Never expected such a disgusting horrifying environment in a pizza hut store (Arabian ranches). There were dirty dishes on the tables, food thrown across the floor making the walk to the counter a nightmare. The restaurant team only started cleaning the place when I requested them to as there were no clean space for dine in.

I’m not a person who place negative reviews anywhere, but I’m forced to write as I wait for my food to be served in a dark clean corner i found.

I’d request Pizza Hut mng to take a look at this store and do the necessary, such a premium spot with a disappointing experience.
