Poor service, poor customer service, I used to be a regular customer, I ordered one turkish coffee through talabat, i received a very less portion than what I used to have always (like 3 sips), when I called the branch, the guy on the line started to argue about it, like he was trying to convince me that this is normal! Will never repeat the experience again and I recommend that ya'll should do as well.

I love the coffee at Caribou - I think it’s under rated given now the Costa next door always has more people. The coffee here is great and the staff are so welcoming and cheery. They recognise me, greet me every time and serve with such happiness. Serena, Sharon, Mohammed and I am sure I have missed a couple of names… wonderful service from all of them. Feels like a true community coffee shop,

The best coffee place to study. Best American coffee in town. Best mug to drink your coffee and free internet always work. With a loyalty card on top of that, who can resist not going again and again. My favourite study place.

Only 1 power socket for your laptop or charger or whatever... however it is a very nice place also not crowded.

Very poor philipino staff ,completely unprofessional team and rude ,she doesn't know how to deal with the customers ,the worst branch in dubai
