Highly recommend to avoid this particular branch. Tonight, we decided to try out our new favorite the Melts.

We have had Melts at Bur Juman Mall in Dubai & at Al Majaz Waterfront in Sharjah... and they absolutely melted in our mouths.

Unfortunately, at this branch, our Melts were cold, hard and raw. Our Garlic Bread Supreme was served hard and cold too.

Other Negatives:
1. The lady who took our orders, tried to make us order a more expensive combination with negative value for money which was not acceptable and pointed out to her right away.
2. Unfriendly Staff including the on-duty Manager. All staff had frowns on face and looked exhausted. I understand their job is not easy but the Management should then look into adding more staff or have shifts for on-duty staff to be more cheerful.
3. We ordered Melts and Garlic Bread. I witnessed that the Garlic bread was added in the Oven with the Melts. Obviously the cooking time for both is different. The Garlic bread that was served to me was left at the end of the lower oven conveyor belt to keep it warm until the Melts cooked and were ready to be served. This is not a negligible oversight and clear failure of quality process.
4. Our Melts came with drinks but instead of the usual Glasses in which the drinks are poured, I was handed 2 tin cans. When inquired, this branch didn't even have or I couldn't see the drinks dispenser. This was quite a mood dampner.

If quick action is not taken to improve quality measures at this outlet, mine may not be the last negative feedback that is posted publicly.

Had ordered ultimate cheese pizza no basil at all was put but mentioned in the description taste also not great did not bring card machine also. They should not accept if they don't have a card payment option

I tried their signature pizza chicken pesto but didn't like it that much also their new addition of melts are not thag great ????

Not crowded not much waiting time. Salad was not fresh as from their outlets. May be because food is not moving as other outlets.

We came at 12 in the noon and no one in the counter so after 5 min some one came from inside and they are saying we are not open yet !!! Even the guys wasn’t smiling and didn’t bother to say sorry at least

I ordered 2 My Box dine-in and One large Pizza take out. Later I seen the offer of adding 1 aed and getting slide with it. When asked the cashier he said you should have seen the offer, he is not the one to tell you. The worst ever remark received from the shop manager. Will nvr ever visit the shop again.

Attitude problem Counter staff guy don't know how to deal with customers, food court air conditioning was off. Pizza was not tasty as other pizza hut outlets.
