Last 2 days ago I made a complaint about the service here. Thank you to Mr Ajay for making action in my complaint. Always a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts. Great offer and promotions.

Overall, it's decent coffee with a decent price. If you like Dunkin , it's pretty much standard. Nice clean place to have a coffee.

The only annoying part was a kiosk outside the coffee shop where the employee kept ringing a bell to get people attention, trying to sell ice cream. So probably not a good place to sit for an hour if that kind of thing bothers you. But that was out of control for Dunkin.

One of my favorite places to visit almost everyday. Breakfast and coffee is a must and no place better than Dunkin! The barista Gloria, at the store is very kind and always serves with a smile, thank you! ????

Extremely slow and poor service
Waited 10 mins and did not order in the end because still didn’t get a turn for ONE donut.

What is this? Why is there only ONE barista working? Why do I have to wait almost 10 minutes to order!!? Such a bad service, you will lose customers, people don’t want to wait 10 minutes just to get a donut and a cup of coffee, and specially when it is not crowded. There was only one customer! This wasn’t the first time. One barista is not enough!

And also when waiting for 10 minutes the barista doesn’t even bother to ask what you want, seriously bad!

Pathetic staff experience , annie may she is a sad soul in the service sector,She needs to find an alternative industry and dunik will be betteroff without her for sure.
