We had visited MOE and Dubai marina mall today . Since it’s Tuesday , was surprised to see that there was no display of offers for the day ( Tuesday : Buy one get one offer )
Customers should be informed about this offer and even if you don’t display should voluntarily give this offer to them.since we knew this offer , we asked and got it . But I was witnessing other customers taking their orders without getting this offer !
Clearly makes us understand the ethics being followed in Pizza Hut organization

So low tolerance. Today visited the MOE Pizza Hut awful cashier who has no any interest to offer pizza, the pizza was raw and they did not want to turn back money even saw the pizza is raw. So disappointed.

Pizza Hut needs no review. Every tuesday they have buy 1 get 1 free for all their pizzas, my favorite one is the spicy ranch and second favorite is the shawarma.

Guest service personnel Claire who was in the shift at 6.20pm is rude, mannerless and look down on people . No change in the shop at 6pm in MOE is very poor management. She have asked me to come 45min after to take my pizza and change . Please look in to this matter

Chicken Fajita. Shrimps and bar b q pizza ???? is my fav here. This is located in mall of emirates. There is 2 food court. Pizza Hut is close to kempenski hotel side. Sometime you will not find proper sitting arrangements because of rush hours

I'm always telling my mom next time we go in MOE we will eat in pizza hut coz I want her to try the spicy ranch and so the food came pizza dough was thin and still raw, topping of the pizza is very less compare to what I always order online. Cashier is not even interested to talk or offer anything she just wait that I pay. MOE branch is the worsttttt branch of pizza hut really. So dissappointed my mom ate that kind of pizza. First and last, better to order online in financial branch. Never again.

You guys Really need to work on your Fast food joint 20 mins waiting for a take away is it really FAST FOOD (excuse from your team it takes time to prepare). No wonder it's mostly empty then other food joints in MOE food court.

Drinks at a reasonable price and decent socialising place to meet friends and family. Outside tables and area for kids and friends. Dancehall not very big but still room to shake a leg!!!Lots of parking but easier before dark to find spaces. Overall decent and relatively within cheaper then most.Location;not very well signposted so be careful !!!!kg1production…

Nice property, but allowing regulars to hang around the place when it has been hired out for a private function is totally unacceptable. I wouldn't hire rooms here myself for that reason.
